Koç emphasized Turkcell's investments exceeding $337 million and its commitment to serving over 43 million customers and around 600,000 institutions with a customer-centric approach. The company has introduced personalized offers, a smart invoice system, and a chatbot assistant to enhance customer satisfaction.

Highlighting the global transformation led by artificial intelligence, Koç stated that Turkcell will concentrate on AI, cybersecurity, data management, and energy in the upcoming years. Sustainability and Renewable Energy Goals

Koç outlined Turkcell's commitment to sustainability by aiming to source 65% of its energy consumption from renewable sources and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. The company has initiated solar power plant projects and plans to increase its solar energy investments to $240 million by the end of 2026.

Koç stressed the importance of data sovereignty and the goal of positioning Türkiye as a global data hub, backed by Turkcell's extensive investments in data centers.
